to top it all off the oil fill cap popped off and oil covered the entire engine... it sure is a great looking truck though

 Casper did that, but it was the Dipstick at least we don't have to worry about salt rust :spit:

did the white dodge from the Total Performane Diesel out of Santa Rosa make it and how about Dirty Max did it come from Montana?

I caravaned(sp) up with Drake. He ran a 10.56 in the finals... he had been running 10.7's and a 10.8 prior to that. it seems EVERYONE was done roughly 5-6mph in the 1/4 including myself. Drake won Pro Street, Dimitri won Super Street....

another thing that was total BS was apparently the track was never prepped with VHT until the finals.... The track broke 3 or 4 times big delays. the NHRDA ran the event well, I blame the track itself for the terrible prep

I'm glad they did well, did Dirty max make it?

Yes, the normal driver for some reason did not show? Another licensed driver did however run the truck, it ran two 9.9x's. Dirtymaxs's 60's i was told are in the 1.1 area... today they were in the 1.5's

I heard the track prep was horible , guys with D/R's getting 1.7's - 1.8's :baby:Dmitri was in the 1.7's even with my tires , And air must not have been great either , seems everyone was off on MPH also  . As long as everyone had fun , that is what it is really about anyway !

Sorry to hear about the motor Hector :(

Congrats on the win Dimitri :happy2:

Redding isn't a great track even on a good day, too bad they didn't prep the track a little better. Dimitri, congratulations on your win. See you in Boise. One thing for sure, the track will be well preped and fast in Boise.:D
