The first time it popped I put it in third gear as well as popping the boot, so I didn't notice til later when I was looking it over. The charge pipe popped off the primary twice so we had to trow a ratchet strap on it to hold er together. Probably gonna put a v band on that connection when we get time.

Wide Open Performance single turbo 7.3L Power Stroke. Back halfed Ford Lightning Pro-Street truck. [email protected] on it's first ever full 1/4 track pass. Backed up with a 9.99 on it's second. First 7.3L to ever run 9's.

Congrats to Rob on the insane runs and abuse that truck can be put through. Also congrats to Matt for a 10.4 fuel only run.

It's called Nick runs 12.14@112 I fell under the charger after I let off because it shot up to 20psi of boost... that had me take my eye off the tree. It worked out in my favor though, it was pretty cool running him down on the big end. I pulled to his back bumper in 4th gear then it shifted into OD and it started pulling hard then I passed him. When he saw me out of the corner of his eye his head snapped around like WTF! When I passed him I definetly gave a fist pump lol.

I got some pretty cool picks of yours, steves and brians truck in the staging lanes saturday. hopefully steve uploads them some time this year since they were on his camera

Thank you ya it looks pretty decent when it launches now... In elims I never really launched it hard IIRC my best 60' was a 1.72 so it never really left hard but I did have the fastest truck in the field so i had some room for error. After the race the driver in the Ford pulled over and shook my hand and congratulated me, great competitor to race with the owner of the truck also congratulated me and shook my hand. It was one hell of an event nothing I ever expected. It was tremendous amounts of fun and I appreciated all the help I got. When The truck got there it wasn't building any boost and it had a decent coolant leak. Luckily it held together just long enough :D
