If you are keeping the truck a long time, I highly recommend getting rid of the vgt if you decide to twin. Going with a tall pedestal in the valley really opens up access to things like the y bridge, up pipes, and bolts for turbo removal on future changes/repairs.

Amazing how open and easy everything is to get to when you get rid of the EGR and stock VGT.

I have a friend with a Precision ball bearing 75mm turbo, lbz pump and 45% over injectors on his lb7. He daily drives it and it flat out moves! Makes me want to spend more money on my truck :/
