Called (307-200-9255) every day this week and a couple days last week left messages and nada.... even tried your old number and get a message that your vmail box is full.

Sent email on Tuesday

Still waiting on a PM....I want to get this fixed but I cant help you if I have no idea who you are!

Its obvious that you signed up on the forum just to post this/bash me, so im surprised you are ignoring my continued attempts at rectifying the situation....?

Hmmm..... How does it feel to wait for a response???? Sucks huh, try putting out money and then get no response!!!

Bottom line is I'm done with you and your BS! You can figure out who I am when the dispute comes through.

All this talk of its a new year and we resolve to treat our customers better is crap. For someone who is so smart at working on these trucks and building cool gadgets you are really stupid on the most basic part of running a business.......it called Customer Service! Without customers you have nothing!

Nice catch! I did sign up to bash you because there is no other way to get in touch with you! Answer your phone, return messages and emails! Its called customer service and people on here need to know that you haven't changed. What happened to TacoJedBob? Did he get tired of your BS and bail?

Maybe we should start a poll and see how many people get reply's from Ben. What do you think?

Lastly, if by some miracle I do get my order I'll send it back COD and you can shove it up your ass!

I CANT HELP YOU IF I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THE HELL YOU ARE

You said you sent me an email on tuesday the 8th. Never got anything. I told you to PM me, never got anything. My voicemail is empty.

What can I do to make this right for you????

Bens customer service had gotten way better in the last month. I ordered my high idle, and it was in my mailbox 5 days later (shipping to alaska). He's obviously trying to help you. The bashing on this forum has gotten pathetic. Anyone who has even a little problem with some one seems to manage to blow it way out of proportion.

I for 1 have seen Ben really turn things around.3months ago I would have said good luck getting ahold of Ben.I also was reluctant to order anything till I saw him responding to people and making a real effort. And I now have my lock up box 20% less of the regular price.:thumb:

This thread wasn't created because people blew things out of proportion. It is here because there was an issue and Ben is trying to fix it. Just beacuse your issue was resolved in what you call a timely manner doesn't mean those before you had the same luck. There is no need for you to come on here to discount the past issues other customers had. Ben is a good guy, we all know that. He is on the path to better customer service, lets just leave it at that. :thumb:
