A better one would be http://www.cadillacdrivers.com/forum/index.php that is basically a test site for the xenForo forum software. The others are active sites; 1 is going to be moved tonight the other one is being moved tomorrow before DD. The Caddy site is already on the new server.

If you give us the new IP address, can't we just enter that and get to the new site until it's had time to propagate?

I think I recall doing that before on the Place when the serer was changed out and I was a Mod to check for bugs and what not,testing in other words.

Did that last time we moved to this server. Caused me nothing but headaches for years afterwards. People were using the ip instead of the domain name and also giving it to others to use. The problem was they were not able to receive the cookie from the site (its issued for duramaxdiesels.com not the IP) and they were getting logged out constantly (and complaining about it). Trying to get a bunch of people to clear out cookies and use the domain name was a pain in my ass. Not going to go through that again, nope not gonna do it.

No problem'o we can wait weekends I'm not on a lot anyway! Keep up the good work! If it makes the site faster and or better it'll be worth it! :hug:

I'll just keep trying to log on and see what happens. Whats the difference if I bitch,moan and complain no ones listening anyway! :D
