Now I see what you were talking about not being able to get the DP to move back. I may send you a larger set in the future and try something else for that pesky bolt. This is why I only build them for twins trucks......but Simon is special:spit:

Just the norm + beer:D Spay the bolts night before

I resued my gaskets but always good to order a set from GM so they are there if you need them
Good 12mm 12 point and some copper kote

no worries on the bolt,I ordered some metric SS studs that will work perfect:)

Simon, they look great!

if you dont have any room for the DP that means its time to go to a hoodstack:happy2:

You know how many times ive thought that:D

Give Nick D'amico a call. I'm sure he can heat and pressure test those for you. We all saw his prowess at that a couple days ago.....

Looks nice Paul.

What am I missing? What is the big deal about Nick's pipes glowing? I've seen both of Kusilek's trucks do it, Troy Wakemans does it, mine does, and I'm sure many others too

when it takes you 45 seconds to stage that is absolutely ridiculous that is what everyone is referring to...

If that doesn't prove a headers/up pipe ability to conduct heat and still survive, I dont know what does.

Forget the up-pipes that just seems like a sh*ty combo as far a spooling goes. Anywho lets keep this on topic because I could care less about what that truck does;)

can you guys explain to me what the advantage to making the change is? in the side by side pic above the new and old dont look all that differant except the bellow and material used. is it more of a heat retention thing? and is there much to gain doing these and manifolds vs just one of the 2? thanks just trying to learn.
