Well after having replaced my tranny lines once before I figured I would say screw the factory ones and go aftermarket. I order a set of lines from alligatorperformance and they are bad a**. I actually got two sets one for me and one for a buddy. We installed them on both trucks this weekend.

They were a lot easier to install then the factory ones as they are all rubber and have no metal tubes on them. Best part is they said if they ever leak just send them back for new ones. So I hope that I have changed my last pair of tranny cooler lines.

Hey jarheadhunter, any issues with how the all rubber hose run from the cooler to the tranny. Do you need to clip them to hold them up.

Thanks for the post on these lines, I'm about to replace my lines once again and I think I just might follow your lead.

i just had my stock ones modified. the hoses were cut out, and -10 fittings welded on. then a standard hydraulic hose was made to go in place of the factory rubber hose portion. was around $125 to have it done on all 3 lines. should never leak again, and fit like stock.
