We got a new toy.... heres how it started. Got it on Wednesday. 06 Rhino 450. Was used up here at Cal Poly by a construction foreman to oversee new dorms being built.... mostly a pavement pounder back and forth from the site to the offices.

And how it is as of today... threw a cage on it, custom painted plastics, 2 8" SOLTEK HIDs, new stock wheels and tires on it.
Got 4 seats, 4 harnesses and new beadlock rims and tires coming next week. Magnum Offroad has our longtravel kit out to powdercoat right now and well have it on by the end of the week.
Its 6" wider per side, 4" longer wheelbase and 14" of travel on Fox coilovers all around.
Ill post updates as we keep movin with it!

i got an 07 rhino 660 lifted 2 inches with 30 inch tires hmf pipe rejetted dynatek cdi box high lifter clutch kit fully snorkeled it's pretty bad a$$

Stock cage doesnt work with 4 seats either.
We are swapping either an R1 streetbike motor into it or doing the rotax 220hp motor from a Sea/Skidoo. Not sure, but the 450 is NOT staying in it for more than a few weeks.

From what I've seen the Rotax swaps are the CHIT!!
I've seen turbo kits for the 66o not sure if they make them for the 450, that will give you plenty of power
