Hey guys I'm new to this forum. This is typically my go to site to diagnose any issues I ever have however, I can't seem to find the solution to my current problem.

Last week I ran my truck really low on fuel, it didn't run out but the low fuel light was on for awhile. Anyways, after I refueled it has been shifting very rough and seems to hit false neutral when leaving from a stop all the time now. Also I've noticed the wait to start light seems to take wayyyy longer to go out now regardless how warmed the truck is and cranks a few more times than normal before it fires which it didn't do before the low fuel.

I already replaced the fuel filters and added sea foam into the fuel to clean anything but still shifting poorly in low gears. I figured I had air in the lines but I've bled them numerous times and no air comes out just solid fuel and I would think the truck wouldn't run good if there was air. Other than low gears the truck runs fine.

I have a fass fuel system on my truck with the two filters under the filler hose and the front (stock) fuel filter isn't there, there is a block off plate there.

Can anyone help or think of what to do.

Well still shifting hard into first. Slams in downshifting and then when I'm stopped and get on the gas it's like it's in neutral and then SLAMS into gear. Feels like you're getting rear ended

It sounds like an electrical issue. Have you double-checked the battery cables are clean, corrosion free, and tight? I'd also check the grounds.

If that all checks out, it could be a transmission problem, but that behavior sounds like flaky electrical.

Plugged in scanner last night and showed 3 codes. P0089 fuel pressure sensor. The other two I can't remember the numbers but one was the thermostat and the other was MAP sensor.
