Hello yall, my Name is Dante Im from Colorado and I have finally bought my dream truck! its an lb7 with the marine blue metallic, fully loaded tan interior. Have wanted this truck for a long time shes only got a 115k miles and I bought her while on leave from the coast guard. I sold my other 03 5.3 ecsb that was also nice but Ive always been a diesel lover and finally was able to get approved. I paid a little much compared to what its worth but its one of the best ones ive seen for the money and could get approved on being a first time buyer. So I snatched it up. Here are the only pictures I have of it right now. I plan on staying pretty conservative (in my eyes) with the power (500hp) and have some decent cash left over to funnel into her over time. Going to drive how she is for right now to see with what could come up and i still have the cash to fix just incase. But being stationed out in Alabama thats where she will be cruising around I'm looking for some good groups and truck guys to meet up with on my days off. Shes also my daily for now so ya thats my story hit me up!http://s1054.photobucket.com/user/LudeGamer/story

You made the right motor choice!

Not a fan of the bumper though.

Welcome and congratulations! This isn't the place for conservative haha

Thank you everybody haha the bumper is coming off don't you worry I'm probably going to go to stock bumper again with hid fogs so we will see I'm trying to find this guy's truck so I can talk to him about it I absolutely love his setup, originally wanted to lift 4-6 in but after seeing his it's perfect

That's a good lookin truck. Real clean

Yeah it's never enough. 500 is attainable with a built transmission and max effort tuning.

ya just trying to figure it all out main thing for me is how to make it reliable at that power capacity, granted at a tune i could always turn it down which it would be more often then not haha everything is just a mystery to me on where to even start.

Once you have tunes, its nonresistable to turn the power on max all the time, keep the tunes small.. Like 110- i havent limped mine once since being tuned a little over 20k miles now

Gotta pay to play. It's a crap shoot, something could give soon or never. No guarantees.
