Welcome! Those parts will make it run much stronger than stock, but you're going to be limited on tuning with the PPE box tuner. But since you appear to have stock turbo, injectors, and CP3, it should be close to what an EFILive tune would do. And it will be more than enough to hurt a stock transmission. If it were me, my next upgrade would be a built transmission.

If you take it easy in 5th gear and the 4->5 & 5->4 shifts, you can probably get by for a while on the stock transmission. But start putting some pennies aside for when it lets go.

Welcome! Why did you have the heads pulled and reworked?

As to your question of whether it will wake up the Demons? Some of the parts yes, some of the parts are unnecessary (Y bridge & charge tubes) with a PPE tuner & stock turbo. Even the BD manifold upgrade won't do much if anything again because of the stock turbo. The only thing the LLY's needed were an intake and turbo inlet.

If your future plans are to upgrade the turbo, fueling & tuning, you built a strong base.

For the first 10 years, my 2007 LBZ lived with a 425hp DD tune (thanks RC!), stock trans (Mike L cooler & Transgo JR installed by IT), MBRP Cat-back 4" and stock fuel.

These trucks really don't need much attention if they're maintained properly...

Welcome. You have a strong base as mentioned. The PPE is a good tuner but there’s more to be had with a custom EFI tune from a vendor, although it’s somewhat pointless on a stock LLY trans. Save for a good built trans from mike or Evan, meanwhile running the PPE. After you get your trans done, a hot EFI tune will really impress you. Then you can step up to a newer turbo from Mark at Danville performance even in stock fuel you can make impressive numbers.
