An after market intake, I had an AFE on my Lb7 and it souded pretty good. The LB7's dont wistle like the trucks with the variable vein turbos do.

Gotchya thanks man. Do they make upgraded compressor wheels for the stock lb7 turbo?

I dont know if you can get a direct replacement upgraded wheel, but I'm pretty sure you can get a stock turbo from fleece with an upgraded wheel in it. They may also modify the housing also.

So let's say i bought a new stock turbo from cheeta lightly upgraded I am getting a very light tune with efi live next week and I have a lift pump division need anything else or would it be fine to slap the new turbo on?
