LB7: New Tires, Wore out 5k miles...

Just put new upper ball joints and idler arm on my truck, had the nittos for about 5k now and the outsides of them are wore out...the tire on the passenger side is really wore..4wd doesnt act the same anymore either, the steering wheel just goes everywhere in 4wd...any suggestions?

worn prior or after parts replaced? did you have it aligned?

prior to installing new parts, there was little wear, after new parts excessive wear, no alignment yet...shops are here are lame and cant align it with aftermarket wheels and tires.

was it aligned after leveling kit by chance?

havent had an alignment done. i hope thats the culprit.

I would say so....
Alignments are a must after any parts are replaced on the front end

thanks..will get an alignment asap. Tires are not cheap nowadays.

Im not trying to sound like and a$$ hole but why would you replace front end parts and not get an alignment afterwards. Everytime you replace or change anything on the suspension or steering you need to have an alignment done. Tires are just too expensive not to get a $60 alignment.

and id rotate the tires!!!! and atleast try and save the two front ones!! just my $.02
