Wanted to change setup after bending my cognito brackets and the idler pivot brackets. I put new pitman & idler arms on, then a kryptonite idler pivot with the weld-on gusset and All Season's steering brace and this setup works a lot better than what i had before. No toe in at all. Even with the cognito braces, you still can get some toe in when the front lifts. Really happy with the All Season bracket!:thumb:

Were you running tbars all the way down or did you have them up a little to support the weight on the front?

I still haven't seen a bent pivot bracket to justify the brace from dmaxstore or cognito, I run a super steer in the factory bracket no problems

I could see the stock mount for the idler ARM flex on the frame when sitting still and turning the wheels. It wasn't a lot but definitely noticable.

I installed a supersteer assembly and gusset

my idler mount was all jacked up. I run the torsions all the way down in a non FHW class and up just a hair when hanging.(600lbs)
The burkhardt brace is simpler, cheaper, and easier to install, so...
if it works i like it!

thanks for the information. I'm in much the same boat as you as I tore up all my front end parts because my front end was unloading so much because of no hanging weights. I even bent the center link and tie rods with cognito braces and sleeves installed. I've got the rare parts tie rods to go on and am getting ready to order the all season brace. I've also got a brand new center link coming as I need the turning radius still
