That's awesome. Much jealousy from this corner.....
As Jason said very jealous. I know concrete has been poured but who did the underground plumbing and it wasn't inspected, right? That was done wrong. 30 years plumbing contractor and a plumbing inspector, now retired.

I didn't look closely at the plumbing before, but now that you mention it, I see some issues too. Sanitary tee tying in the toilet line into he main run. That sink stub up or vent, whatever it's supposed to be looks questionable too. Not an inspector but have done my fair share of plumbing. I usually have to double check codes when doing drainage as there are a lot of little things that can get you

I did the plumbing, no inspection on any mechanical for the building, only post holes, framing (which consisted of verifying the wind ties were in the trusses), electrical and a final.

Sorry to hear its incorrect. Honestly it doesn't Suprise me. I'm no plumber. But as you stated, too late now.

I only wish I could have what your bldg. When I was in business and I did the plumbing for shops like this I would always suggest plumbing for a urinal too. Secondly a large slop sink to clean up after the day's work.

If you want to know the correct way for what your install is pm me.
I don't want to put the corrections in your post unless it's ok with you.

Greg, if he's not smelling sewer fumes... It's most likely fine

I've found code to be grossly bare minimum or grossly over protective.

Buddy plumbed his "urinal" into the French drain for rainwater run-off area on his shop.🤣

Adam, you're partially right.
The big problem is that sanitary tee in the horizontal position. It is only allowed to be installed in the vertical position unless being used in venting. The proper fitting is a wye/ 45 ftg or a combination ftg. Reason is the flow of the sewage doesn't flow through the santee smoothly. Waste may plug or get stuck in that ftg. and cause a back up.

I have ZERO issues with having the discussion on the open forum. I appreciate your input and look at it as a chance for anyone interested to learn as well. Plans are for a half bath. Basically, a toilet and sink / vanity. I still need to build that room.

Also at least (1) sink in the open area of the shop. I have (2) stainless countertop sections from a closed down medical clinic. Both have sinks built in. One will be for general clean up, the other converted to a parts washer type basin.

Should have gone full bath, never know when you are going to take a bath in chemicals :ROFLMAO:

Unless you are free of peepers in which case a nude hose off outside is more than sufficient
