Truck has been 4wd for some time now. Rebuilt the motor in the garage last winter and have 71mm/98mm for air. I fought my bone head mistakes (tried to delete fuel temp sensor) at TS. Then fought some electrical/computer gremlins over the summer that had me ready to sell it all. Two weekends ago I finally got it running and shifting like it should. This weekend I added some fuel and experimented with a third gear launch to start to get it up on the converter. It's not perfect yet but it's come a long way

Added a hydraulic assist to the factory steering and it works very well. You still have to be creative with tight turns but it's manageable. With the factory tires/wheels I can drive it around town.

With the slicks mounted it takes some patience to steer around the water box and I usually back up at least once to make sure the tires are set in the groove.

If the truck isn't running you need a small army to push it unless it's on flat ground. Might as well pick the truck up to move it vs trying to turn the wheel with slicks on the front while its not running. Same goes with the STS' on for pulling.
