Help: New rims and tires. Grinding noise when moving

Okay so same size rims 16 same size tires 265/75/16. Put them on yesterday diddent go any where. This morning getting up to Go to work and when I put the truck in reverse or drive I get this terrible grinding nose. It feels like the truck just dosent wanna move. The parking brake was set when changing the tires but released this morning. Help!

Not sure on these gm trucks. But I know on dodge pickups, even though they come with 17s from the factory, an aftermarket 17 may not clear the rotor assembly. Have you checked your clearances on the brake assembly or anything else?
