NEW PROJECT - 08 LMM 2wd

friend of mine picked this up yesterday for me. I just have to get it to Josh to start working magic! She's pretty rough at the moment, not much to look at.

Current plan - pulling my turbos and fueling off my truck and putting them on this truck. Taking my truck to stock with built trans and probably trading it in on a new one. Josh has me talked into doing a short bed 4 link conversion and leaving it 2wd.

Goal is a sharp looking ride that is competitive in the 11.90 class. This way I can separate the play toy from the daily driver and maybe get that 2015 denali I have a hard on for!!

JoshH will be doing all of the work himself. 100% his baby. I'm just going to go up to his shop and drink keg beer and talk smack! lol :happy2:

Just worked a deal and put a deposit down on the new truck. Meeting up with Josh next week to take this one down to stock and trade in for the new one. :thumb:

Then we can start working on the reg cab!!

I've got a customer that brought me a similar project. Much older LB7 but short bed 2wd. Damn that little truck is fun!

Not sure what to do for finals. May run my brothers reg cab 4x4 with the twins or rig something together to run this 2wd with the twins on it. Kind of sucks for me I guess, but it's all good! No rush, all fun! I'll be there anyway :thumb:

Told Josh we gotta launch this thing so hard the the front left tire leaves the ground!!! lol It won't make a lot of power, but we are going to do our best at dialing in and perfecting what we do have.
