Went to Cecil County Dragway tonight and got a new personal best. 13.88 @ 101.96. Old time is in my sig.

I just need to find my sweet spot on launching. Plus I need to get the front end built up. I have the tie rod sleeves now but I want to go farther on beefing it up.

Thanks! I know I need a lift pump as well.

As of right now I have Big Dipper trans, MoonShine tune, S&B CAI, AFE Boost pips hot and cold, AFE Bladerunner, 3" down pipe and 4" straight pipe.

No lift pump?!?!?

Dont be afraid, these motors can take a lickin'(except them headgasket eating lly's), just get some hotter tunes and a lift pump. Lower your front end down all the way and you will be fine (trust me I'm a dr.)
Oh and don't forget to take some weight off and set the suspension up!

Might get into the 12's:thumb:

Congrats!

That's enough MPH to get in the high 12's with a better 60'. There is a lot of room for improvement there.

Even though he switches back to 2wd, I don't think it'll do anything James. As long as its under load, it won't switch. Or will it?

Lower air pressure in tires first. Like 35 front and 28 rear. How hard are you leaving? What psi or rpm? Would definitely get a lift pump.

I had it on the "MoonSine" tune. And not sure on the power. Looking at your sig we have just about the same set up but I don't have the lift pump.

Ha, well my lift pump doesn't seem
To be holding good pressure. It drops to 0 on wot runs and only seeing 5-8 psi at idle. It sounds like its taking a dive aswell. Our mph isnt that far off either. Pretty much the same setup though. What are you holding for fuel rail pressure? Any idea?
