Hi im New to this forum. Need some advice on performance upgrades. Been reading some forum write ups but need a little clarity to some upgrades that I had I mind. I just want a little more power nothing major. I rarely tow anything but have a heavy foot. Daily driven 40miles round trip to my job. I have 250k miles. I dont know about the about the injectors and balance rates but I know I that the previous owner bought a brand new Allison trans. Everything I have that I know is in my sig. Just replaced the hydrobooster seal, brakes , and front wheel hubs. Looking into tie rod sleeves and an down pipe and intake. But I'm confused on what kind of efi live or box tunes to get for what I want. Also how far can I upgrade for the things that I want. Been reading forums and seen parts that need upgrading. Ex. Lift pump, intake, tie rod sleeves, efi live tunes, exhaust, PPE boost valve, gauges, etc. Need a reputable company that has all these items as well as well as brands to purchase, or is amazon and eBay the way to go. Also my airdog lift pump just gave out.(air dog fp100). Do I also need to get a larger lift pump.? Going to give air dogg tec a call soon.Any help will be much appreciated. Oh I also live in hawaii, where parts and services are hard to come by. Thanks.

Definitely go with efi live. If you never loan in doing your own tunes or switching tuners. Just get an autocal from a reputable tuner. If someday you feel you'll want tunes from someone else get a v2.

Your list of upgrades is a good start. There are a number off different vendors here that have everything you need and will ship the parts. Such as Danville Performace, dirty hooked diesel, creatures of the night performance, Atp trucks, and Kory Willis to name a few. There are others that are good tuners as well.

I'd definitely contact airdog and if they won't warranty your pump that can sell you a new pump assembly. They're tech support is great and prices are bad for a new assembly. Your 100 is okay unless you plan on getting pretty crazy down the road. But you may want to ask them if the 165 motor and pump will fit on your base if you need to buy a new pump assembly.

:thumb: thank you. Just ordered a airdog165 pump assembly and will probably go with autocal. Like I said no to much hauling and not getting any crazier down the road. I just want my rig to last.

Thanks for the reputable vendors, will definitely look them up.

Kind of curious what emissions regulations are in Hawaii on diesels? If any that is. Or is the state I live in the only troublesome one lol
