DSP2: I have manufactured those as well, identical looking. They are 2 pos, with a mom-on feature. They are also 2 pole so that you can control another peripheral device. Bright nickel finish only.

The pics are from a thread that was started some time ago when I began this project.

BTW, the new rotary non-keyed switch, is optionally 6 position. The 6th position uses the same dsp tables as 5th, but there is a second set of contacts that are closed (pos 6) and a second set of leads (not shown) that can be used to "arm" nitrous, wmi, or whatever you want.
