Most all the converters out there are not very compatable with the LML as they amplify the complaints we have with these trucks. No low end power to the point that the truck feels lethargic till it hits 2,000 rpm and then come alive. GM installed a very loose converter that does not couple well because they were afraid the turbo might not spool at higher altitudes.
This converter was developed for the LML. It will give the LML more low end power with better off the line acceleration. It couples well and will tow great. It has a custom designed stator by Dave Goerend and will hold up to big power ( not that we have it yet ).
