New look for my truck

Took the stainless off because I wanted something different. Also decided to take the moldings off after that because it looked too "stock" to me. What do you guys think? I liked it before but the stainless wasn't stuck down good in places. I think it'll grow on me. Opinions and suggestions welcome.

Personal opinion I think it looks way better! The stick on stuff like the stainless seems cheap!

Thanks guys. I had the bed sprayed…didn't do it myself. As for the tip I already raised it about 4'' since the first pic was taken but I agree it needs to go more.

Truck looks way better now!

That side moulding was the worst thing GM did, it fades so fast and is just plain ugly. I had mine ripped off the day I bought my truck.

I like the stainless, but if it was showing some age then I would of taken it off too. It looks good. What wheels are those?

I debaged my tailgate luckily I started there looks orange even after an eraser wheel and polish. It's victory red. If i pull that trim off I'll have a huge orange bar down the side of my truck lol. Plus it's an 01 so it's on the bed to.

COCOAL- love the color myself too. I think your truck would look better without the moldings. I used to be very anti-de mould/badge. A little worried about door dings but I will just be even more careful about where I park now.

Smokum- I'm thinking about taking the 2500 off but the Dmax badge will stay for sure.

The stainless was tough to get off but I'm fortunate it came off well with no paint damage. Paint looks brand new under there. Doing some rock guard on the rockers and bottom couple inches of doors this week.

Wheels are MKW (model 27). They discontinued them right when I bought them in 06/07. I have only seen them on 2 other trucks online.

Couple updates. Cleared the factory headlights and added LEDs. Also got the smoked cab lights.

I leave the tip on my trucks down some so the bumper isn't covered in soot.
