The swap will take the same amount of time as to replace the injectors and injector install kits as well. I went back with the stock hold down and bolt.

ARP supplied us with some bad nuts which would load the hold downs improperly and cause them to break. If this is indeed the case, give me a ring so we can get you taken care of asap.

First thing this morning I dug into this situation and discovered that my shipping dept. inadvertently sent some nuts out to this customer that should have been in quarantine.

A long story, bottom line, I am ultimately resposible for everything my employees do, both good and bad. It is up to me to put the proper procedures in place to allow my guys to perform their work mistake free.

I have a fantastic group of guys, and I can't do it all myself. I depend upon them to make our company great. So we made the necessary procedural corrections so something like this can't happen again, and we move forward.

Today, we overnighted the correct parts to the customer in Canada.
