Finally found the truck Ive been looking for, for about a year now. Glad thats over. Anyway, I bought an '06 crew cab Silverado LBZ Duramax 4x4 yesterday. I drove from Memphis to Columbia, Miss in my '00 Sierra 1500 with my car hauler trailer in tow. I hooked the trailer to the Silverado and towed the Sierra home, WOW is all i have to say, it was like the Silverado wasnt even working at all towing almost 9000 lbs.
It has 72000 miles on it and got a pretty good deal on it. Its loaded with just about every option you could have got back in '06, except the power fold in mirrors. It even has sunroof and a rear DVD player. Silver exterior and light gray interior.
I just had a few questions about it. What fuel filters should I run and which ones should I avoid??
What is the cheapest way I can correct the speedo? Im running 285's...
