Very nice. Been hoping somebody would do this before my next build started.

The Cummins guys have had awesome success with a billet manifold.

You mean EGT reduction? Everyone's EGTs are different depending on their respective mods....

Also, don't the manifolds just allow the gasses to pass faster and smoother to the turbo? I mean I suppose I lost maybe 100* in normal operating/cruising conditions, but I also upgraded my intercooler at the same time as I did manifolds and up pipes, so I don't know which one had the most effect on egt. I still see tremendous egt when W.O.T in the race tune, I've seen 1800*

Just as dbush said, it depends on mods, depends on tuning, just don't expect an extreme difference in egt after you upgrade your manifolds...

I never saw much of a difference in EGT or power with manifolds/up pipes to outweigh the costs.
I know I have seen very good improvements from just porting the turbo ped, freeer flowing exhaust,uppipes down pipes and of coarse head porting will all reduce egts and deliver more air faster and faster flowing exhaust which pushes the turbo.Look at what kind of power is being made with just a 366 at a very low psi with the new Wagler heads because they flows so much.

I kinda wonder if the gains to be had from manifolds/up pipes are truly revealed/noticed when one has enough fuel/air. I know I'm glad I have them and I def love the EGT reduction/quicker spool than before. Russ ported my T3 pedestal as well.

Will they clear a 4'' down pipe like what comes with a HTT or II gated 66? I put a steedspeed cnc manifold on a 6.7 cummins with a 66 silver bullet it was a nice looking manifold it was just hard to tell how much difference the manifold made with the new turbo being added with it all at one time. i asked them about a set for my dmax they siad they were working on them as well. i looking to buy a set of manifolds and up pipes and these have really cought my eye

steedspeed isn't worth the $, my buddy had one with a borg warner 66 on his with a steedspeed then made his own and there was no difference besides he got a bit quicker spool out of his

The up-pipes will be in the same factory location with these, We will have an option to crush the up-pipe if needed to clear the downpipe but will sell them non-crushed as well. we will be doing street testing within the next week and dyno runs in the next 2 weeks. hopefully we will have good numbers to prove the manifolds are worth the money!

Wouldn't it be a better idea to crush the 4 inch down pipe rather then the uppipe? Any chance in being able to design a 4 inch dp that becomes oval in the area of the uppipe?
