I'm 25 and just bought an 03 2500HD DMax and i'm looking forward to learning everything i can about these motors... I'm in the Air Force stationed in western Mass as an aircraft electrician... I come from a long line of mechanics on my dads side and military members on my moms side so i figured being in the military as a mechanic would be a perfect fit for me... I come from the import world, i drive and drift a Lexus IS300 for a hobby but due to me buying a house i needed a truck so i figured to go diesel so i can haul my car to events and get decent gas mileage... The truck i bought has a 4" Turbo back exhaust, K&N Intake, Silicone intercooler hoses, and custom airbrushed flames with Dick Cepek Tires and wheels... all i really would need now i would think is a good programmer so i can go out and smoke some little imports haha...

Im pretty sure I know your truck...you bought it from a big place in CT that sells campers right? :)

Welcome to the forum...if you need help with anything on the truck or any parts/tuning let me know, im down on the CT shore probably a little over an hour or so from mass.

Hard to say but as we don't know how much power you want and how far you will take it.

But you can never go wrong with EFI Live as it can do just about anything.
