Yes there is such a thing as 0 balance rates. If the ECM detects certain faults, problems maintaining rail pressure, or if the fuel rate drops to low from all of the injectors flowing to much fuel, then the ECM can default to a 0 balance rate. Seen it happen myself a few times now with VERY bad injectors. So if you see all 0's, it is a BAD sign.
I never had a balance rate at 0. i had the white haze when at a stop light and when idling. but right now i am doing the head gaskets. its quit the pain in the ass. going to take a while, when there are seized and stripped bolts it really sux lol. the down pipe bolts are giving me the worst time right now.
Also I'd like to throw out there to DO NOT drive your truck with bad injectors, I found out the hard way. Things can go from bad to worse real fast, of course I didn't have any idea my truck showed no signs but my number 6 is toast and it cracked my piston.....soooo don't drive it. I know in the lb7's pistons are stronger but that don't mean Shit! Good luck bud I hope everything works out for you
