You did good Josh, you are in third in the points with 180, you are 10 behind Moose and 50 behind Dalton. Looked to me like you tried to deep stage and it jumped a little on you. I have done that as well, really sucks to lose that way. It bounces a lot on staging, do you have to be on the converter that hard and long to keep on top of it? I'd think you could get make boost after you light the first bulb. Next time try letting the other guy light the first light then you roll in and light both including going deep. You get a killer RT in Super Diesel that wan and anymore RT is pretty much the ball game in that class. Staging like that many times throws off the other guy. Watch Rob stage, he has won many a race staging that way. Takes the other guy out of their game a little and that's all you need.

Watched you run at Indy. Very impressive.
You should have come by and introduced yourself. I always like to meet new forum members.
I was just watching the race on the NHRDA site last night, Very impressive. Are you coming to Woodburn? The wife is running sportsman.
I don't think I'll be able to make it to Woodburn.

No, I was happy where I was. I just got a little antsy and screwed up.

Looked good josh. Nice to talk with you again.
Thanks Jeff. It was good talking to you too. I hope you guys can make it to the finals this year.

Awesome job Josh!!! Was nice to finally meet you in person! Keep up the great work!
Thanks Mark. It was nice to meet you also.

That's impressive josh. Congrats.

How'd ya like Indy? That is by far my favorite track to race at.
The track was really nice. I was a little surprised they didn't have more paved parking in the pit area. Maybe they do on the other side of the track or something.

Boy what surprised me was the small turn out both at the pulls and race. That event is usually a big one with a fair amount of spectators as well. I don't think I ever saw more than 50 people in the stands. Have no idea what happened this year.

Ken, my guess would be because Fathers Day fell on the same weekend this year.

I drove over 1700 miles round trip to the race and back home, and I still made it home in time for Father's Day.

I think there are a lot of issues right now. High prices for tickets to get in, membership requirement plus entry fee. If you only race one event it cost 90$. That's a little steep in my opinion. Payouts are low. I raced TS this year 35$ entry fee and won 2k for the 10.5 index class. Even if I raced/won super street the payout would have been 500$. I don't know if there's a fix, but it doesn't pay to travel. I realize you'll never get all your money back but it has to be worth the trip to go.
