Hello all. Bought my first diesel vehicle last fall so I could tow a fifth wheel camper. I found a high mileage, stock 06 GMC 2500hd CCSB that was originally from Colorado and seems to be rust free. I've absolutely fallen in love with this truck!
Now that I've found this forum site, I'll learn more about the modifications needed to make it a better tow vehicle and more reliable. The truck gets stored in the winter so it will remain rust free. It's got plenty of dings, scratches, etc., and is by no means a show truck, but the Victory Red paint sure makes a statement!
I plan to do as much work myself as I can. If I break something, oh well!
