New to forums, new to diesels, pretty familiar with turning a wrench. I’ve built a few choppers, now I’ll try my hand at putting some trucks together.

A little background info, I’m 25, an industrial electrician, got an unfinished basement to work in that’s too packed with motorcycles and other shit to be building trucks but I’ll figure it out haha.

I recently picked up 2 Duramax’s for a steal, I guess I’ll start a build thread or something in another forum for that though if someone could point me in the right direction! A 2005 Sierra 2500hd and a wrecked 2006 2500hd that I robbed a good bit of parts out of.

I feel like this intro is way too long. Long story short, someone’s mechanic got locked up in the middle of swapping an lly for an lbz. I picked all this up real cheap now I gotta figure out how to put it back together. The lly is going back into the 05 2500. The lbz is going in my 89 V3500.

I’ll post some pics below, if I’m doing this forum stuff wrong just let me know.

Glad to be here with some knowledgeable folks!!! Looking forward to seeing other people’s projects!

Welcome fellow electrician! Looks like fun lol should be a nice project. You can start a build thread in the gallery section of the forum.
