I've already posted a few times, but wanted to say HI anyway. My truck is in my sig. There is lots I want to do to it, but the fixed income gets in the way. I'm still thinking about EFI, water/meth (but don't see how the math lines up for alot of savings/70 tanks for it to pay for itself), headers and up pipes, Suncoast tranny (way too much for me right now), new stereo with headrest DVD screens for the kids, good amps and speakers, and leather Katzkins with gel and heat for my aching back. No, I'm not greedy, just needy.

On the stereo front, I used to have a 76 Blazer that I put a killer stereo in. Clarion head unit, Kenwood amps, JBL subs that I built my own box for, and clarion speakers. Sounded great! But, that was a long time ago (mid 90's) and I haven't the foggiest idea what the good stuff is anymore. Is mb Quart still at the top of the list?

Let me know what you think of my wants, and any advice given on what order to do it in, what to use, and where it costs the least to get it or have it done would be great.

THANKS!
Mark

Welcome :hello:

Sounds like from your "wish" list you will be busy for a while

I know its the hardest to come up with but the trans is the best place to start , JMOP . but EFi is great even for just tow tunes and such . And def the stereo upgrades .............. Fast truck and good stereo will keep you grinning ear to ear :D

Hi Mark. I guess I missed your introduction thread and went a little off topic in your tuning/programmer thread. Oh well. Like I said, I have some family that lives in Mena, an aunt and uncle that live across from the golf course and their daughter and her family that live behind them. Also have another cousin that live out toward Cherry Hill and another uncle, who is a doctor in the Air Force and stationed out of Little Rock, has some land and a couple of houses out near Pine Ridge. I'm about 200 miles away down around Tyler. Maybe one day we'll bump into each other when I'm in town visiting family. Oh, and welcome to the site :hello:

I live in the Lake Mena subdivision just off of 88 near the country club. Yeah! Let me know when you will be here and we could get together. I have to go out to Little Rock VA a few times per month. Friday and yesterday, I had to go to North Little Rock to the VA there.
