We've been in business for 18 years now, and have been running into infrastructure problems like poor voltage, leaks, no reliable internet (99% of our work is transmitted digitally), rate hikes, parking, etc, etc, ever since I started out.

Being our own landlord has become an issue of survival now. Last summer, the machines were shutting off when the voltage dropped below 103v, and we have several power outages a year. Plus our building is poorly insulated so we waste a lot of electricity cooling, as we have to have our lab temperature controlled to 68-72° to meet the specifications.

So we were going to have to move regardless, as many problems we have here can't be fixed.

We originally looked at the buildings in this park 3? years ago, but the asking price was double what we paid today. This building was a bank repo and they wanted to sell it fast.

Need some good pictures and the new address (and phone number if its changing) so I can update qinsp.com. For the pictures I can come over with the DSLR if needed.

better update the link for /content/sample2.xls. It doesn't work. Was just looking around the site to see what Mcrat actually does..

Not counting chickens yet, waiting for some hatchment.

In theory, escrow closes today and we get the keys.

Then the real work begins. Haven't moved the lab in over 10 years. It involves a lot of nail-biting. CMM's are among the most fragile of equipment to move.
