New Building Party!!

We have been trying to buy a building for my "real" work for the last 10 years, Quality Inspection, and the seller agreed to our offer just now.

Going into escrow on a 8000+ sq ft building in Norco.

When it's a done deal, we will have a house warming party. Lots of parking.:woott:

Congrats - nice purchase! Wish I could make the party but don't think it's gonna happen. Have only been to CA once and that was about 8 years ago.

Definitely a buyers market. Wish we could sell some of our commercial real estate.
