Well got a new best tonight. On my new TCM tune and ECM tune I built I got a 8.15 in the 1/8th mile with a 1.79 60ft. Could have done better but wanted to try out the nitrous. First pass with nitrous on robs max effort tune I blew my boost boot off about 3/4 down the track. Couldn't get it to stay on the rest Of the night. But before my quickest was a 8.31 on robs max effort tune. Ran the 8.15 and a 8.29 with my tunes and limiting straps. Straps DO make a difference. Launch was way smoother. Will post vids and up later.

so you are saying that your tune ran a little faster than robs?

Ya. The fastest I've ever gotten with robs tunes was a 8.31. Second run I ran on my tune and got a 8.15 and could have launched a little harder. And then I got a 8.29. Then I went to robs tune and the best I got with his was a 8.35 last night. I would have kept going but I blew off my boost boot going into the intercooler. The nitrous pass did that. Lol. Getting on the dyno today for the first time.

You going to race in Ennis? If so, you'll need to work on those R/Ts.

Ya SOOO just got off the dyno and robs 250hp tune pushed 402hp with 670 tq. My tune did 422hp with 680 tq. Something don't add up there.... Lol with a 8.15 track time... I'm guessing you 600hp guys should be running 10's!!!! A f****ng 10!! Lol.

Yeah as of right now I've got to work. I'm trying to get my schedule switched. Congratulations on the runs man, I wish I could've made it last night.

What dyno? Some dynos read really low compared to others. They are good for comparing tune changes, though. The dyno I usually use (random shop in Sacramento, CA) seems to read low based on track times. They measured 525 HP yet I went 105 MPH in the 1/4 at 7,000+ lbs. Edit: no, according to the Duramax Math calculator, that is about right. Ignore me...

I wouldn't worry about the low numbers, just use it as a tuning tool to compare changes. That, or if it bothers you, hit up a different dyno.

Ya just makes me feel like it was a waste. It was a dyno key not loaded.
