14.1, slowest it has ever ran at a track.....:D


I got all the way to the track to see what the new injectors and Dual fueler would do for it, only to forget the laptop :(

Oh well I run the tune I had in the truck which I figured would have ran better than a 13.9, but oh well. I made a second pass but for that run I loaded up the biggest PPE tune (from a PPE controller that was tuned for my 4094 turbo, lol) and went 14.1.

A mega cab was behind me in line and pulled up with an edge. Called me out. Started asking me questions about my truck and realizing what he got into. Told him not to worry, I didnt have a tune worth a shit that he should take me. Not the case. Hey I may have went 14.1 but still took out a dodge lol.

Im thinking the big injectors with no tuning what so ever hurt me bad....

I'm having the injectors pulled this week. I cant tune for shit and they seem a little big for the street.....

holy crap dude dont be running regular tuneing with those big ol sticks lets see ppe level 6 3400 pw with 40 over injectors wouldent tht be like 4000+ pw :eek:

haha yea i was pretty bummed and was in a "i don't really give a shit" mood. I just said to myself, F it im gonna give it a try.

lets work on it first,then decide;) 40 over is easy!

and ya what Tommy said you ran a big tune with both duel cp3 and 40 overs
you wnat to change the low and mid first to accomadate for the cp3 then worry about the injectors

topend is ok but the mid needs a fixen IMO and just minor adjustments to the top end
timing and PW is your KEY!!!!!!

F'in injectors are crazy. I try everything. Funny thing is I got it to sound and run good. It didnt feel like mid 12's but still felt fast, then when I saw a 13.9 time slip I was like WTF, damn truck. I was bummed. Gonna get some tuning help and go from there, worst case senerio, 40% over injectors will be up for sale lol.

Ah, youll get figured out. Only thing i dont undrerstand is how are other guys runnin 40% injectors and getting away with it? Maybe they gave you 60% on accident!:D

Tuning, tuning, tuning.

We've got a dual cp3 truck with 90% over injectors running well on the street. Just takes some leg work and testing, testing, testing.
