Ran tonight and netted a [email protected] with a horrible
60' of 1.923. Trucks a cc/sb with no rear seats,no spare,no tailgate, and a roll pan. Not sure on weight but has 20x10's with 305/50 nitto 420's. I'm sure if I get the 60' down i can possibly see a 12.9.. Truck is pretty heavy I would think. I want to get that 12!!!

16psi of boost 34f 28r tire pressure, about 2100 rpms.. Its only the 6th pass I have made with this truck and the front shocks are smoked. I thin I just need
Less weight and better 60's. Not sure if 102.5 is enough to hit 12's though.

Maybe launch at 1800 rpms. My truck will spin at 2100 on launch. I don't pull anything for weight saving and my 60 is same as yours... Bet you are a lot lighter than me and we have a pretty similar setup. I bet ur spinning...

When are you switching out of 4wd?

Elec transfer case wont switch out of 4wd until you let off the throttle.

The 20s probably arent helping you. Also, what rail pressure are you seeing from mid-track onward?

I don't take it out of 4 until I'm turning
back around, I also believe that even if you hit your 2wd button while going wot down track, it won't work. I think 34-28 is a good tire pressure for them tires, maybe just leave without so much boost or rpm.

Less boost worked better for me. Just spun the tires otherwise. 8-10 psi got me my 12:18 with a horrible 1.89 60'.

You are correct, truck will not shift back into 2wd until you are off the throttle. I usually launch at 8 psi, and I cut a best of 12.992. That was also with 20" wheels and I did not even air down my tires. More boost than that and my front wheels just hopped.

Were you at New England Dragway? Me and a few buddies are heading up there again soon, be nice to have a couple more Dmaxes up there!
