I think the fitting was M10x1.5 o-ring. I took the plug out and matched it up at the Parker hydraulic store

Its not m10x1.5. Its a super odd ball size. I tried Parker and many other fitting shops myself. Ended up drilling and tapping a stock plug. I think its 11x1.25 pitch.

The adapter I have almost looks like an air conditioning test fitting but a little finer thread. It also has another fitting to adapt it down to 1/8 npt stacked behind it. I am almost positive I got it at the Parker store.

Alright guys so I atempted to preform this pressure test wasn't exactly sure if I did it right but it was on the gooseneck so I ran it on jack stands. At idle in neutral I have 130psi at 1200 rpm in neutral I have 140 psi. When I'm in gear 130 at idle, brake applied 1200 rpm 270 psi. 1200rpm 140 with no load on trans. Tranny was at 140 degrees. When theres no load on motor at 1600 rpm it's at about 280-290 psi.

I tried to but the issue was with no load on pressure would not go over 140psi but once there is load by holding the brakes it would kick out of lock up. I need to ran it on the street. Talked to George at suncoast getting a new valve body this week he thinks that is the issue. I'll keep you guys posted

I found some old notes when we were building the trans it says to use 1 .67 steel and 6 .86 to meet a clearance of .85. We use 7 .86 steels to meet the clearances otherwise it was off could that possibly be the issue?

.85? Holy bat balls. Those are some thick steels.

Sometimes you have to try different stacks to get the clearance you want. If your kit suggested .085 and that's what you got then that shouldn't be your issue.

Seems like your pressure is low at idle to me.

.085 is way too much clearance for the C3/C4 clutches.

G Solenoid is dropping the pressure at idle.
