Need more noise

Right now I have a 4" Mbrp exhaust with a muffler and a 3" downpipe and I can barely hear my truck exhaust with the windows up because of the intake, I would like a little more cab drone. Wondering if I should straight pipe it or get a 5"? What would be best? Even with the windows down all I can hear is my turbo

Straight pipe it, I have a 4inch straight pipe and pro fab down pipe and it sounds great,a friend of mine has the same truck as me "lb7" and his is 5in mbrp with a muffler and its pretty quite he also has a pro fab down pipe

Umm WTF.

But straight pipe and side exit before rear tire. Remove all rubber isolator hangers and wield the exhaust to the body that should add some "sound".

I have 5" straight pipe on mine and its pretty loud but I think it's sounds good

But I normally crank up the music so it's not as noticeable

I have 5" straight with a diamondeye downpipe. Perfect sound!

x2 if you want obnoxious and annoying sound get a stack, if thats what you like.....just dont take too many long trips on the highway if u like a quiet ride after that:thumb:

My truck sounds like an open header BBC since going to a 400 frame and 4" DP.
I would actually like it quieter.

4" downpipe, and 5" straight pipe definitely makes some noise. But its not too overpowering loud. Either way, just hack the muffler off already. lol
