Need ideas for new racing class

Ok guys ... that goes the whole time in my head to start a new diesel racing class ...

I have two facilities I can use:

One is a 1 mile airport from a Resort and Spa which I can use here the coordinates for google earth

Also I have a test facility with 20 miles of road street and a 12 acres skid pad.

I could organize a 1/2 mile run as a mini land speed racing ... or a 8 runs on the 12 acres skid pad ... also I will have a dyno, beer tent ... and other stuff. This will be in 2010 ...

So help me with ideas for some fun and competitive racing!!!

i think it sounds awesome , hard part would be keeping it safe with a 1/2 mile to work with because 1/2 mile drag racing would be :rockon: , but i would figure speeds could be as high as 140+ and most with trucks would have a hard time doing a run like that safely . i think a drift competition for diesels would be a cool idea , maybe a brodey contest( on pavment :D) . maybe even with 20 miles of road you could run a auto cross course with time trial to keep it safe . just some ideas's .

Move it all to California. We are so starved for a big event...you could have a (slowest truck) last truck across the line wins, race and we'd all show up...:rofl:

I liked the idea of diesel drifting, maybe tag team racing or somethin where one driver races to a certain mark then they have to run the rest of the way and tag the next person and they go to certain point and have to run the rest. I just think itd be hilarious watchin the guys have to get out of their nice trucks and run :D

Oh ya and move it to Texas, nothin ever happens down here haha
