Allison 5sp: Need help

Ok I rebuilt the trans in a 03 with alto high performance kit and Revmax converter. Transgo pump mod and shift kit. All the pressure are at 200-210 psi at 600 or 1200 rpm. When I put it in drive the pressure drops to 160psi at 600rpm but that is still what the atsg calls for. I thought the parking pawl might have been stuck but that's not the case. The truck will not.move at all forward or reverse. Any help would be greatly appreciate it.

Have you driven it at all after the build? If you shut the truck off can you move it at all when in nuetral?

Sounds like its coming back out.

I was getting a. Code for nsbu switch and changed that now I get no codes at all

Park pawl linkage, thrust bearing feel out of place or in backward or clutch plate out of place. Let's see what Mike thinks.
I guess I would pull the pan first to double check the park pawl linkage to be in place.

sounds like it needs to come back out, something was not assembled right. Did you even try to spin the input or output shafts before it went back in?

How were the C5 clutches stacked?

As in order they were stacked? Thick plate the clutch the steal and ended it a steal up top. I just pulled it back out and I think the last thrush washer was backwards. I now have it back together but when u try to doing it by hand in neutral it is.very hard to spin.

LOL, you and a couple guys on here are in a whole nother class but there is only so much you can do over the internetz. My friend is the only Allison certified rebuilder in MD but I'm sure you and George and a few other could make him look dumb .
