i have a 2004 gmc lb7 and my trucks tranny has been acting werid and came up with the codes po700 and po733 any help with what would cause these would be great

I just had my tranny acting up on mine where it wouldn't light up what gear it was in and mine threw similar codes. i think the 700 is a TCM code but I don't know the other one. http://www.duramaxforum.com/forum/911-problems-forum/46516-dtc-list.html here is a list of codes.
i fixed mine by having a buddy sit in it and shift through the gears while I tapped on the TCM with the handle of a screwdriver... I don't reccomend that as a permanent fix (even though I haven't had any more problems) I am picking up another TCM soon just in case mine craps out the rest of the way.

P0733 is 3rd gear incorrect ratio. ( 3rd gear slipping / C3 clutch ) C3 will never throw that code unless you are in 5th gear. I suspect speed sensor or transfercase tone wheel problem.
