I have seen similar things happen and they all were related to a fuse not making contact. GM is notorious for this kind of problem. The fuse connections will expand from heat and the fuse will not make the proper connection. It is unlikely that it is related to the tuning. It is probably a coincidence that this occurred then. Got it figured out!! It was the damn BCM connection was loose! Unplugged it and re-plugged it and it Fired right up!!
