Need help with fass motor

The motor on my titanium series 165gph fass is done for. Before I ask fass I wanted to check here first. Does any body know where I can get a replacement motor. I see there are different numbers such as rpt-1005 and rpt-1006. I not sure which motor I need.

I would call anyone who sells FASS and ask them the best way to accomplish what you want to do. I suspect that going direct to FASS might be the best thing, but not sure, I've never done it.

As long as you filled out the warranty card when you installed the pump they carry a lifetime warranty. Are you sure the motor is bad, did you try bypassing the relay? Dean

It should be under warranty if you bought it new from a legitimate seller and registered your warranty. It's easy to find out if you call them with your serial number. If there isn't any warranty on it, you should be able to buy a motor from them, and they may even give you a warranty on it. I know AirDog does.
