Need help identifying noise

I was on my way to a rodeo saturday. Pulling the horse trailer with a single horse. Cruising around 75-78 mph with EFI Live set at 130 hp. Begin to climb a hill on the interstate and the trans downshifts. Hear a thud of sorts under the hood and what sounds like an exhaust brake being applied. DIC shows Battery Not Charging. Exit off interstate immediately and check codes through Edge. Only find a generator fault circuit code. Still hear a sound coming from front passenger side of engine block. Notice that engine oil pressure is only 8 psi at idle. Unhook truck from trailer and leave overnight. Come back next day with trailer to haul home. Truck starts fine but still makes noise. EOP is 36 psi at idle cold. No blow by through oil fill cap. No apparant engine coolant leaks. Balance rates are all within spec on the SOLUS PRO. Did notice that the MAF sensor is registering 440+ all the time. Doesn't matter if motor is running or not, or plugged in or not.

Did you pop the hood and check for obvious visible damage?

The thud followed by "not charging" soinds like you threw a belt. It is possible it was thrown into the intake tube, damaging the MAF or wiring.

Thrown serpentine was my first thought also but it's still intact. I pulled it yesterday when we made the video and checked all the pulleys. They all appear to be ok.

Kinda sounds like an exhaust leak to me cause of the pulse sound
Check the up pipes or maybe the pyrometer popped out of the manifold?

That sounds like a massive exhaust leak, way more than a popped pyrometer. If it isn't a blown up-pipe or downpipe, you might want to check cam timing. That engine is not happy to stay running.

Is there any smoke out the exhaust when it runs?

You might have spun the cam gear or timing gear on the crank. Either would throw off timing enough to make the engine sound that angry.

There wasn't any smoke when I pulled it off to the side of the road or the next day when I started it to load it on the trailer. It did smoke some last night when I started it to make the video. But it was only 20 degrees out and I figured it to be more of a cold start haze. But it did smell like quite a bit of raw fuel.

What should I look for in the balance?

No engine DTCs at all.

Pulled the motor this weekend and cracked her open. Spun the mid main bearing! Looks like I'm shopping for a short block now.
