How in the hell do you get the intake tube to press into the y bridge?? I got the old broken one out but can't get the new one in there's like .5 of an inch to move it back and forth and no where I can get even pressure to push it in?

I will put in freezer overnight and lube the o rings up real good. Do I really need to drain the coolant and take that metal pipe off?

I have torn two sets of orings trying to force it in without taking the coolant pipe off. You cannot evenly wiggle it in with the extra room on the driver's side. You wouldnt have to drain the coolant, it will just spill a little out the upper rad hose and the turbo coolant line when disconnecting.

Are you talking about the small metal pipe that runs to the firewall on the passenger side. Or the bigger line that runs to the drivers side upper rad hose? Just so i don't unhook the wrong one

Big coolant line that runs from thermostat housing to upper rad hose. Also, loosen the clamp that holds down the metal fuel lines just to the left(if looking in at motor from front) of the cp3.
