In my neck of the woods some of the parts stores will loan out tools for free if you purchase the parts from them. Check and see. I hope they do if not I hope somebody is nearby that can help. Good luck.

I got my tools and trailer 6 miles away, 15min drive.
Do you'll think it would hurt anything to drive it that fare, I know my batteries will last, and that my brakes will be hard to push.
I have a oil temp gauge, and edge insight to watch all my temps since the fan isn't working.
Thanks.

Yep, it locked up. It smocked the belt.
I know a few of the other pulleys look burnt, so I'm hoping they are still good.
Will get pictures in the am and post to see what you'll think.
The fan pulley looked the worst to me. Still spins smooth.

Does this look like it will be ok to just put the new belt on.

Got the belt on. Seems to be working good.
It's 1800-1900 miles home. Hopefully the pulleys will clean themselfs.

Are you talking about the surface rust on the pulley? If so, it will work just fine still. Make sure you don't have play in any accessories by rocking the pulleys and verify everything's turning freely before you install the belt and you should be good to go.

It feels like burnt rubber from the old belt.
Thanks the info, help. I let it run for about a hour and drove it 5 miles. Seems I be working just fine.
All the other pulleys felt great luckily.
Thanks again for the info guys.

My work lly liked to eat belts for a little while, we replaced the idler pulleys as they froze. No issue since, I wouldn't worry about it. The no brakes thing is the only scary part with over 10k behind you
