Need a VIN

Trying to buy a rebuilt cluster for my lbz conversion and the company won't program the mileage without a vin. They wont accept my 03 vin

Needs to be for a 2006 lbz/zf6/4x4 cab and chassi

I had to do kind of the same thing years ago to get my lux bose radio programmed. Look on cars.com or autotrader for a vin.
