Uhm, I may sounds stupid....but what is a turbo blanket...
This is one of Levi's blankets:

The tan colored stuff over the turbo is a turbo blanket.

It is used to keep heat inside the turbo and to keep under-hood temperatures down. I can do a 1/4 mile drag, pull into the pits, and put my hand on the blanket without hurting myself. Really great stuff!

Go with Levi. His attentiveness and response time is second to none. He cares about his customers and appreciates the business. I have two of his blankets, one for each turbo:D

I'm here! :D $90 for a non-gated S400. If you're on the website it's the T3 T4 Non-Gated Turbo Sock. If you're running an unusually large or small exhaust housing, just let me know and I can adjust blanket size to fit. Give me a shout if you have any questions about them.

Thanks Damian. Hope to finally catch up at Diesels on the Mountain if you're going to be there.

Definitely go with Levi. I have ordered a a blanket for my 72, 483, hot crossover, manifolds and uppipes. They have all been at the front door within 3 days of ordering and they have all fit flawlessly!

Do they keep noise down at all? It doesn't make too much sense but I figured any fabric will absorb sound

No affect on noise lol

The idea of the blanket is to keep as much heat as possible in the turbine. Heat=energy, energy=booooost
