LB7: Need a machine shop in Louisiana ASAP

Need some help. Does anyone know of any machine shops that could bore my lb7 block. I've called a couple but no luck. No one has done one and they don't have a torque plate to even try. I'm for the Morgan City/Houma area but don't mind a drive if someone can do it right

I never used a torque plate on my engine.

So I don't need a torque plate. I was told I would have problems with the cylinders warping and the pistons scuffing the sides if I put head studs in without being bored with a torque plate. I really need to get this thing running.

Some get away with not using one....

However, I would not risk it. I would strongly recommend using a torque plate.

I prefer a torque plate as well for an engine looking to make good power
